House Pasture Cattle Company
House Pasture Cattle Company sits on scenic River Road, just between Kenneth Arthur Crossing and Seven Bluffs Crossing, which makes it the closest big stage to our Concan, TX cabins. For more than two decades, this Texas Hill Country live music venue has brought Red Dirt, Americana, Outlaw, and Texas Country artists to the banks of the Frio, and it has hosted names like Pat Green, Aaron Watson, Kevin Fowler, and Gary P. Nunn.

The Garner State Park Jukebox Dance
Not all Texas live music happens on a stage. Since the 1940s, summer evenings at Garner State Park have ended with the legendary pavilion jukebox dance, where generations of Texans have two-stepped on the concrete floor of the concession building. It is one of the most cherished traditions in the state, and it is only a short drive from the resort. Bring quarters, bring your dancing shoes, and plan to stay until the last song.
Frio River Music Fest
Each spring, the Frio River Music Fest fills Concan with a full weekend of live music in the Texas Hill Country. Songs on the Frio
If you prefer your music intimate and lyric-forward, Songs on the Frio is a Veterans Day weekend songwriter festival held up the road in Leakey.
