"Roca Del Rio & Concan House
We rented these 2 houses for our yearly family trip. We had 38 people and the houses were perfect! Everyone had enough space and the kids got the rooms with all the bunks. Both houses were fully stocked with everything we needed. The back patio and pools were both so amazing. We all had such a wonderful time and felt so comfortable in these rentals. The ice maker at the Roca Del Rio was a huge hit!"

AMAZING!! We LOVE this house! And we love the outdoor area, the privacy, the views. Perfect house for our group (5 adult couples). Only two complaints: ice machine wasn't working and we really enjoy and appreciate this amenity. When the machine is working, we save money. Also, no ESPN - we would have loved to watch softball and baseball in the evenings while relaxing.

Very Nice Location. The only recommendations I would make would be to Bedrooms were uncomfortable to sleep on. But overall it was a perfect experience!!

The house was perfect. I would definitely recommend it for stay for a 4 families with children. The kids would enjoy the house along with the adults. We were 3 families with kids, we had good time. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds bedroom. The adults enjoyed the fire pit during the grill. The only thing I would say is in the property that needs to be looked is the WIFI, the password was not working for us. We didn't took it seriously as we were just enjoying the stay. The property management was really helpful during the booking with recommendations, also during the stay.
