Come enjoy the blessing that is the Texas Hill Country and the Frio River! Rio Blessings is a newly built (2017) home in the Tierra Linda Subdivision, located minutes from the House Pasture music venue, The Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course and the Frio River. This spacious 3300 sq. ft. home offers an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living area with vaulted ceilings. 5 Bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and private baths, will accommodate 27 guests. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counter tops, stainless appliances (including Microwave, Dishwasher, French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker, and range). Coffee Pots, blender, toaster, large electric griddle, slow cooker, large tea dispenser, pots, pans, dished and utensils are all there! A washer and dryer, 3 large flat screen TVs, Pool Table, and Wi-Fi add to your enjoyment and comfort.
Outside you will enjoy the SE Breeze and views of the hills from a large, covered porch and cabana area that overlooks the private pool and heated spa. This area is fenced and well-lit for security and nighttime enjoyment. The outdoor kitchen features a full-sized refrigerator, plenty of counter space, sink, bar with stools, 2 round tables with chairs for dining and games and a large flat screen TV. This home is protected by outdoor surveillance cameras. Also provided in this area is a BBQ pit with smoker, a firepit, and a half bath. Tetherball, horseshoe and washer pits add to the fun.

So much fun!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home about a mile from the Frio River. The location was perfect — peaceful, scenic, and just a short drive to the river, which made swimming, tubing, and relaxing super easy and convenient.
The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were cozy, and the air conditioning kept us cool even during the hot afternoons. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space — great patio area, a grill for cooking out, and plenty of seating to enjoy the view and spend time together by the pool or hot tub.
We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re headed to the Frio. Highly recommended for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, natural setting..

Our stay at Frio Blessings Cabin was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning views surrounding the property. The cabin itself is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s the perfect retreat for large groups – we had a blast making memories together!
One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful pool. Whether we were lounging around, swimming, or just enjoying the scenery, it provided a great place to unwind and have fun. The outdoor area is perfect for both relaxation and outdoor activities.
The cabin offers a great balance of cozy indoor spaces and fantastic outdoor amenities. There’s plenty of room for everyone to hang out, yet it still feels intimate enough for group activities. Whether you want to spend the day by the pool, take in the views, or explore the nearby area, there\'s something for everyone.
We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate and relax with friends and family. Frio Blessings Cabin truly lives up to its name! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to spend time with loved ones.

Loved this place. Newer build with beautiful interior. Very large Tiled showers. Spread out bedrooms with full bathrooms for extra privacy. Centralized warm and inviting living area for relaxing bonding time with family and friends. Spacious open concept kitchen allows cooking/eating for multiple families. Very comfortable bedding guarantees a great night\'s rest for everyone. Living room/kitchen area opens up to a beautiful outdoor oasis with large pool and connecting hottub. Plenty of outdoor furniture for seating or tanning for all. Outdoor cooking area comes with refrigerator, bbq pit, tables for ultimate family fun. Outdoor fully equipped bathroom adds convenience for everyone outside. Outdoor area as large as width of house allows everyone to come together and enjoy relaxing quality time. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to escape and enjoy the relaxing outdoors with family and friends.

I highly recommend this house. We really enjoyed our stay at Rio Blessing. I love how the house was very accommodating with fully equipped kitchen, towels and toiletries in every bathroom, and outdoor activities. Management was great in communicating if we needed anything during our stay. We are definitely coming back next year.

Escape to Rio Blessings. Family vacation, with my wife's family, had a wonderful time. Spent time with he kids having a blast in the pool and playing outdoor games. Great adult conversation and drinks with loved ones without a schedule, just fun and relaxation. Great escape from the daily rat race.

Exceptional Vacation Home. This house was ideal for our family gathering during the Xmas holidays. Plenty of room for our group of 15. Rio Blessing far exceeded our expectations! There were a total of 20 (4 families)people in the house for 3 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. Fully equipped family trip. The house was terrific for our large group over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a hang up with the hot tub but it was rectified swiftly. The home is incredibly clean and well stocked with cookware and serving pieces for a beautiful holiday meal. The few cons I feel I should mention.... The house echoes. A LOT. It was a bit much for my 90 year old grandmother to be around everyone in the main living space. Also, the walls and doors are paper thin, you can hear everything going on. As long as everyone is on the same sleeping schedule, it shouldn�t be a problem. The home is beautiful, you�re going to love it!
