Great vacation home

This place was very clean and has everything you need. All you need to do is show up and enjoy your time here. The two bbq pits and the blackstone grill came in handy. The outdoor speaker system was awesome and the pools area is great also. The resort and owners do a great job of maintaining the home during your stay. Will be re booking soon.

Stayed here last summer and will definitely be staying again. Home was cozy, upscale decor, and plenty of options for entertainment. Pool is amazing and quick access to the river. Highly recommend Palacio del Frio!

Great Stay! Palacio Del Frio is an awesome house to stay at, nice pool, nice house only complaint would be the temperature in the master bedroom. It does not cool off. We had the fan high as well as a stand up fan. The rest of the house was great. Will definitely re book next year. If not palacio then another house.

Wonderful company to work with! We stayed in Palacio del Rio. They thought of everything. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed including a waffle iron. Everything was wonderful for a totally relaxing stay.

Wonderful Family Home. We took our three adult children and their partners plus my sister in law, plenty of room for everyone and an overall great house! The upstairs bedroom with the queen bed gets very hot, might be ok for kids but its really uncomfortable. That was our only complaint. The pool is wonderful, the outdoor patio is great for hanging out as well. Everyone at Frio Country is helpful and kind. Wish we were still there.
