The outdoor space is a gem, a great place to relax and create memories with your friends and family. Outside you will find a large, covered porch complete with plenty of outdoor seating and a porch swing, a fire pit with seating, horseshoes, volleyball, and basketball! Rental includes all bedding. River access is available at Frio Country Resort, approximately 1 mile to river access.

Off Season (October - March): $360/night
Peak Season Rate (May - September): $550/night
Holiday Rate (Memorial Day, July 1 -4, Labor Day: $605/night
