Frio Country Resort offers a family friendly atmosphere within walking distance to river access. On site, your family will enjoy sand volleyball, gaga ball, basketball, yard checkers/chess, and a playscape. This cabin offers a covered porch, BBQ pit, picnic table, highspeed internet and basic cable.

Holiday Rate (Memorial Day, July 1 – 4, Labor Day): $369/night

Parking:
All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river/pool towels. The rental will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. Guests are responsible for bringing additional supplies. Towels are not provided but can be added for an additional fee.
A down payment of 40% of the total is due at the time of booking, the reservation balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made using a credit, debit card or check. Please note, there will be a 3% convenience fee added to all credit card payments. If paying by check, guests are given a 10-day window to mail in deposit payment.
Guests have 10 days from the date that the reservation was made to cancel with a cancellation fee of 25% of the total paid; unless the reservation occurs within 10 days of booking. Any cancellation that occurs outside of the 10-day grace period will not receive a refund. We understand that life happens. Travel Insurance is a cost-effective way to protect our guests’ investment in their vacation on the Frio. Please ask a member of our team for more details on the Travel Insurance offered.

"Chili Cookoff Festival
The location and lodge was very nice. I was a little disappointed on the Chili Festival since it was not as big as I was expecting. However, the accommodations were very nice for the family. The location proximity to the Frio River was nice, and plenty of space and a pool close to us. The weather was cold, but we were fine overall."

"Family Trip-2021
My family has been coming to the Garner State Park/ ConCan TX since the 1940�s. We like the affordable Frio Country Resort and the great location. Including not only cabins but RV spaces for our family members who have campers. The location is great- Frio River front! It�s so easy to load up people with tubes, drive up river and drop people off. They then float down to the cabin- no waiting or coordination needed to pick up wet tubers. We have a large family and Frio Country has lodging to fit everyone�s budget. The cabins are always clean, clean sheets, basic kitchen utensils and appliances are provided. The staff is always helpful. If you need something extra ( for instance more pot holders or extra blanket) a staff member will bring it to you in later timely manner. Frio Country has swimming pools, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball and a playground for children to use when they aren�t in the river. Garner State Park is minutes away for teens wanting to go the nightly dance."

"GREAT FAMILY VACATION
Close walking distance to the river and comfortable cabin. The Wifi isn't great (especially if you have Verizon) and in cabin #23 you are next to the basketball court so it is not ideal if you have sleeping children or like an early bedtime. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms had a hard time flushing and the bath tub didn't allow a bath. Other than that it was a great experience! Planning our next trip (in a different cabin)"
