High end granite and kitchen countertops, tile showers with old school touches everywhere. It's a blend of new and old including sliding barn style doors. Open floor plan in the main part of the house with a 22' floor to ceiling great room and a loft. All bedrooms have their own TVs with remotes. 65" flat screen in the living room. Outside has a huge, covered porch and patio along with a cement driveway and parking area unmatched in this area, never get your feet dirty! Basketball goal, volleyball court, biggest fire pit in the area, BBQ grill, zoaea grass front yard and awesome groomed oak trees all in a quiet golf course setting.

Great Place to Make Lasting Memories - This rental house was amazing. The house is adorable. Each family had a room with their own bathroom. The kids loved the pool and we are hoping to go back again next year.

"""Farmhouse Fabulous!!"" For starters..the pics on the websites do this property NO justice! This farmhouse is beautiful and very well maintained. Spacious, warming, and allows for everyone to have something to stay busy. Pool, hot tub, basketball court, pool volleyball, wildlife visits (deer), where do we end?!?! This was our first stay at the farmhouse and I've already recommended it to other friends and family. I look forward to future stays in the Farmhouse. I'd like to see more pics so that when folks view it they can see its full potential."

"Great House - Great Weekend The Farmhouse is a great house. It has a hot tub and pool - but with it being December we were only able to use the hot tub. The house is very open and has a great location on the golf course. And Frio Country was great. The pump to the hot tub was leaking and they were there within an hour to fix it. We are already planning another trip with our boys for a graduation weekend."
