“The house encompasses 4300+ sq ft of gorgeous living space on two levels. There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and will sleep 14 people comfortably. It includes a full gourmet kitchen, separate living and dining areas, 5 TVs, a double sided fireplace, and a huge deck off the back of the house overlooking a large grove of native Pecan and Oak trees, so you’ll really get that “tree house” experience! There is also an upstairs recreational room that adjoins the bedrooms and is a great area for kids.”
