Custom vacation home located in beautiful Tierra Linda where you can enjoy the hills and vistas of the Frio River Valley! With it’s spacious open concept floor plan, this tastefully furnished modern rustic/farmhouse style home offers 6 Bedrooms (18 beds), 6 ½ bathrooms to accommodate up to 31 guests, where 5 of the bedrooms have NO BUNK BEDS (bedroom 3 is a bunk room)!
Each bedroom has private entry and attached private bath! Five of the bathrooms have a large, tiled walk-in shower, while bedroom 5 has a bathtub/shower combo.
Sports Pool Measurement 15 X 30! NOTE: There is NO gate/fence between the backdoor of the home and the pool area. Fence encloses the outdoor space. Indoor Fireplace and 4 TVs: Living Room, Master Bedroom, Bunk Room & Patio
• Outside smoking only – no smoking allowed in any cabin or vacation home
• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS allowed.

This was our first time staying in a vacation home let alone visiting Concan for the first time. It was our very first “Friends”cation. A total of 6 families went and each family had 2 children ranging from 4-10. The kids really enjoyed all the outdoor activities the home had and especially the pool! River is about or maybe less than a mile away. The home is absolutely beautiful. Definitely going to keep doing this yearly with our friends.

The house is beautiful – looks brand new! The staff I worked with in advance was very responsive and quickly answered all my questions/needs. It was beautifully furnished and all of the ‘variables’ were covered as well. Recommend highly!.
