Branding Iron offers breathtaking views of the Hills in Concan.
A beautiful custom home in the Tierra Linda subdivision. This home sleeps 30 guests. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths.
Each bedroom has its own private bath and closet. Four of the baths have large walk in showers and one has a tub/ shower combo.
This spacious open concept floor plan is great for large gatherings and families. This home is tastefully decorated and has vaulted ceilings in living room and a beautiful fireplace for you to enjoy in the winter months. It has granite throughout the home, all stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator on the spacious outdoor Kitchen area.
It has WiFi and 3 large flat screen TV’s with satellite for your enjoyment.

We stayed three nights at the Branding Iron, and it was a great experience. Beds were comfortable, every bedroom had a bathroom, the kitchen was nice, and the pool and outside area was very enjoyable. It was also nice to see the deer and wildlife in the back. It was a senior trip for 21 seniors, and they all had a blast. It slept 26 people comfortably. I highly recommend it!

This house was perfect for our large group. The layout of the house was well designed and the outdoor area (fire pit, pool, kitchen) were great. The memory foam mattresses were very comfortable. We will be back!
