Women of all ages gather along the banks of the Frio River in Concan, Texas, for a weekend designed to be exactly what you need it to be. WOTF is a great chance to travel with your best gals or to get adventurous and travel solo. Whether you need some self-care, want to learn something new, or simply want to enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Women on the Frio is your chance to disconnect and relax.
Cancellation Policy:
*No refunds within 45 days prior to event.
*Extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Must be 21 or older to participate in the event. Lodging is not included in the registration fee. Please note your lodging cancellation policy may be different than the event cancellation policy, check with your lodging reservations team.

I want to participate as a vendor or food truck. Is overnight lodging available for me?
Great question! RV sites are available for vendors and food truck participants. We also offer a number of vacation homes that are just a short drive away. Get 10% off any vacation home reserved for the event.
This event looks awesome! What is included in my registration fee?
Here is what the registration fee covers:

I see access to the breakfast taco bar is included in my registration. I am gluten free. Will there be gluten free options?
We understand your needs and options and we’ve got you covered. We will have a section in the buffet that is gluten free for our participants.
Did I see Spa Services? What will be provided? And where? How do I reserve a time?
Treat yourself, you deserve it! We will have spa providers set up in the Cowboy Hilton. You will book services and schedule a time through the providers (contact details coming soon).
