This home was designed with you and your family in mind!!! We love spending time on the Frio with our family as well and have designed Laguna Vista to meet all of your needs and truly be your home away from home!!!
The casual and comfortable living room offers an over-sized sectional sofa, big screen T.V. and large stone fireplace!
Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless appliances has everything you need to prepare any meal!!
Our home has a total of 6 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, including TWO master suites equipped with a flat screen T.V. Every bedroom is specially designed to feel as though your are slipping under the covers at a 5 star resort!!
Coffee is a staple in our home so, we thought it imperative to have a fully furnished coffee bar complete with large coffee maker and local coffee samples as a special treat!!!
We chose this location for the unbelievable views it offers of the relaxing Concan hills, golf course and lake!!!! There are NONE like it in all of Concan!! So, the centerpiece of the spacious living/kitchen area are the large picture windows that allow breathtaking views of the sprawling pool and gorgeous backdrop of the beautiful Concan hills!!!

This was more than I expected! Very clean and well furnished cabin. The beds were quite comfortable. The view from the cabin was picturesque, especially from the front porch!!! My only regret is that the property is not handicapped accessible. Railings along the the walkway would be a welcomed addition for those of us who are mobility challenged. I WILL be back next summer!!!
This unit is located just steps from the Frio River, with awesome views.
Me and my friends had an awesome time. Our cabin was right by the river, so we could conveniently walk back and forth to our cabin. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Our mini vacation to the Frio was so relaxing. Looking forward to coming back soon.
